I sit here next to my baby girl watching her sleep peacefully remembering how a few weeks ago I too could sleep peacefully. One day away from her being four weeks old and four days away from her being a month old, I feel like time has already flown by. I feel like it was just yesterday that Jose' was taking me to the hospital and our family and close friends were anxiously awaiting with us on Audrina to make her big debut. Now, my little Audrina is already going to be a month old. Along with her being a month old comes many new adventures.
Jose' had to go back to North Carolina back in July only 10 days after she was born and we felt like it would be best if we waited on taking Audrina back until she was at least a month old. So, we have been staying at Gia and G-Pas house...(My parents) Well, in the blink of an eye that time has come. Going back and forth from Tennessee to North Carolina did not seem so bad when it was just me BUT NOW it is Audrina and I. These Bustamante girls are going back to North Carolina. Do we want to leave TN where our family is?? OF COURSE NOT!! But our other half is waiting on us. Jose' has already noticed how much she has changed in just two weeks since he has left so I know he is super excited about being able to be with her and watch her continue to grow and change each day. Although, I am a proud Army wife I cannot wait until we can live a civilian life. With a house in Nashville that sits with empty rooms and our place in North Carolina that just doesn't feel quite like home I cannot help but to feel like a gypsy going back and forth all the time.
